Lovers of horsepower, show cars, burnouts and drifting will experience some of the wildest modified cars in the country! Can you get a better backdrop for ripping some skids than Rocky’s iconic heritage strip along Quay Street?

We are currently seeking applications from food, market and business vendors. If you would like to be involved in a revving-good time apply now!

Site fees

Rockynats is spread across the Rockhampton Showgrounds, CBD and Northside boat ramp with both indoor and outdoor trade locations available*

*Subject to precinct.

EXTRAS

Power access for all vendors is $55 per 10amp or 15amp outlet, 3-phase power is $75 per outlet. It is an additional $55 per meter for back-of-house* food vendor space and an additional $110 per meter for frontage* or either retail or food vendors.

Trade Site Terms and Conditions

APPLICATION PROCESS

Applications will be assessed based on suitability for the event and the following event selection criteria:

  • Preference will be given to applicants with product or experience that will complement and enhance the event
  • The quality of photos in your application will be used to determine your suitability for the event.
  • The description you provide to explain your product range will ensure duplication of similar vendors does not occur.
  • The online presence your business has will be reviewed, including your active social media accounts and website.
  • Applicants must meet all requirements, including convention theming and supply the relevant documentation (e.g. Public Liability Insurance, Food Business Licence, Workplace Health and Safety Induction)
  • Applicants that can trade during event operating hours and have not closed early at a previous event.
  • Applicants who can bump in on time and leave their site as they found it, clean and devoid of waste.
  • Vendors that have professional displays/site setup and good signage.

Successful applicants will receive a trade site offer with further details around the event, its requirements and terms of trade.
