Queensland’s largest and loudest car and bike festival is back – Rare Spares & Repco Rockynats 06 returns to Rockhampton, 17-19 April 2026!

With a record-breaking 64,000 attendees and 1800 entrants flooding through the gates in 2025, Rockynats has earned its title as one of Australia’s premier automotive festivals.

We are calling for expressions of interest to operate and manage any of the three licensed bars during our Rockynats 06 event.

  2. FMX KAOS SHOWGROUNDS PRECINCT | Friday 17 April - Sunday 19 April 2026
  3. CBD PRECINCT | Saturday 18 April - Sunday 19 April 2026

Bars are located in food precincts and may be subject to exclusive sponsor products.

All times of trade are subject to precinct program hours.

Criteria

Evaluation of Proposals will be based on, but may not be limited to, the following expression of interest application information:

  • Outline of experience as a beverage service provider at other events including services, number of outlets and event attendance.
  • How your pop-up bars will be themed, including infrastructure and signage.
  • Outline of staff presentation, number of staff and level of customer service training
  • Provision of appropriate licences (food, liquor, staff RSA's)
  • Local preference
  • Safety performance
  • Major event experience
  • Resourcing capacity
  • Menu offering 
  • Pricing proposal 

We encourage local sporting clubs to apply as the opportunities are great fundraisers.
