Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets can be purchased at www.rockynats.com.au/GetTickets

I can no longer attend. Can I get a refund?

As per our Ticketing Terms and Conditions(PDF, 130KB)

All tickets are non‑refundable and non‑exchangeable except in accordance with applicable laws.

Does a one day ticket get me into any day?

Yes! A one day ticket will gain you entry into the event across all three precincts for the day that you scan in.

How much are tickets?

Ticket prices vary and can be viewed at www.rockynats.com.au/GetTickets

Is there a VIP ticket and where can I buy it?

Platinum tickets are available online here.

Children 3 years and under are free to access Platinum areas. All other ages require a valid Platinum ticket.

Can I collect my wristband before the event?

Absolutely! Stay tuned for more information.

Is there express entry at Rockynats?

Yes — wristband‑only lanes operate at all ticketing gates once scanned in.

Do you accept Companion Cards?

Yes, for General Admission tickets only (excluding Platinum).

Do you accept Concession Cards?

Yes. Concession tickets are available for eligible card holders. Platinum tickets do not have a concession option.

How do I use my family pass?

Family tickets are scanned four times to issue four wristbands. Please arrive together.

Are kids free?

General Admission: Children 12 and under are free.

Platinum: Children 3 and under are free.

Can I purchase a ticket at the gate?

No. There are no box office facilities on site.

I’m an entrant – how do I add a free kids ticket (12 years and under)?

I’m an entrant, and have a child 13 and over?

Children aged 13 to 17 require a discounted spectator ticket, available at www.rockynats.com.au/GetTickets.

How do I buy camping tickets?

Camping tickets will be available when spectator tickets go on sale.
