I originally purchased a 3 day ticket and now notice it’s a 4 day event (2-5 April) do I need to upgrade to include the 4th day?

Your current 3 day ticket includes the full spectator event program with the events and competitions running Friday to Sunday, 2-4 April. Monday 5 April is a wrap up event for competition Entrants.

Are kids free?

Yes, kids under 13 years are free of charge for General Admission.

When purchasing your ticket Select a General Admission adult, concession or family ticket to unlock a free kids ticket (under 13 years).

Please note: Maximum of 4 free kids tickets per 1 adult, concession or family ticket.

I have purchased a ticket for the event and forgot to add tickets for my kids?

That’s no worries, please find below instructions of how to add kids tickets to your current order. Log into your Members Portal  and add the relevant tickets to your account. If you have any troubles, please email help@emediacampaigns.com.au 

Please note: Maximum of 4 free kids tickets per 1 adult, concession or family ticket.

I have booked tickets to the event but they are all listed under my name, not individual ticket holders.

All event tickets will be issued 14 days prior to the event. When they are issued you will be requested to update the names of all the ticket holders you have purchased for, including their contact information for COVID Safe contact tracing. 

I haven't received my E-tickets. What should I do?

If you haven't received your E-tickets via email within half an hour, please check to see if your mailbox is full or if the email is in your spam folder.

You can also check that your email address is entered correctly in your Members Area, by clicking the "My Details" button in the Members Area sub-menu. Alternatively, you can contact us and we will be able to help you work out why you didn’t receive your tickets and assist in ensuring you receive these as soon as possible.

Please note: You can also download your E-tickets from your Members Area by going to "My Orders" and then click the "View Order Details" link.

 

How do I download my E-tickets?

General Admission E-tickets are available to download from the Members Area. Your tickets will be stored and remain safe and secure for the life of the ticket, and therefore there is no rush to download.

To download your tickets, login to the Members Area, click on “My Orders” in the Members Area sidebar, and then click the “View Order Details” link. From this page you can choose to download or email your E-tickets.

 

How do I print my E-tickets?

You can print your E-tickets on your home printer in black and white or colour, on standard A4 paper.

Please ensure that the barcode has printed correctly, otherwise your ticket might not scan at the gate.

Once printed, please read the Terms and Conditions.

How do I use my E-ticket to gain entry to the event?

On the day of the event simply take your E-ticket/s with you as you would for any ticketed event. Please present your E-ticket at the entry gate either on your phone screen or as a printed copy. The name on your E-ticket must match the name on your ID.

 

Can I camp at the event?

I'm a spectator, where can I park?

There will be ample parking in and around the event precincts. More information will be communicated closer to the event.

Will there be shuttle buses?

Yes, there will be shuttle buses between each of the event precincts.

Can I get a refund?

As per our Ticketing Terms and Conditions 1. All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except in accordance with the applicable laws in the region of purchase. Patrons who had purchased tickets for the event, 26-28 June 2020, were advised on 31 March 2020 that tickets refunds were available until 31 May 2020 if the new dates no longer suited personal availability. Please be advised that unfortunately we are no longer able to process refunds for the original tickets purchased. 

 

Do you accept Companion Cards?

Rockynats supports the Companion Card program. Companion Card holders qualify for a second ticket at no cost for their companion. The free ticket is unlocked with the purchase of an Adult or Concession ticket.
