Rockhampton will once again play host to Queensland's largest car and bike festival – Rare Spares Rockynats 04, taking place from 29 – 31 March 2024, making the event an absolute tradition on the Rockhampton events calendar.

The event is jam-packed with must-watch 'off-track' entertainment, including Australian rock band sensation Choirboys, who are taking centre stage on Saturday, March 30th.

As well as this, Filthy Animals, Tennessee Lights, and Kenny and the Nitro Rockers are a handful of other incredible acts lined up for the festival, making the exhilarating event a must-see on the Aussie Rock calendar.

Choirboys lead singer and founding member Mark Gable said they’re ecstatic to return to Central Queensland's capital to make new memories and have a laugh with the fans.

“Rockhampton! Rockynats 2024! This’ll be fun and not just because of the high-octane on the track but also off-track,” Mark said.

“Choirboys are coming and we’re ready to play some Aussie Rock! It’s been too long and we’re looking forward to hanging with our mates backstage and you lot out the front.

“Rockynats will be all about rock, memories and laughs. You wanna have huge fun, come along!” he said.

More than 57,000 attendees are expected to attend the fourth edition of Rockynats, bringing in families and motorsport enthusiasts alike.

Advance Rockhampton Tourism and Events Manager Zac Garven said he expects that Rockynats 04 will attract even more visitors to the area than previous years.

"Almost 50 per cent of attendees come from outside the region to partake in the event, and we expect this year will be even bigger with major headline act Choirboys," said Mr Garven.

"The event has built a brand that motoring enthusiasts across the country recognise for its high calibre talent and the wide range of events on offer for spectators. I'm very much looking forward to hosting yet another successful event in 2024," he said.

Tickets for Choirboys start from as little as $23 for Youth/Concession tickets or Adults for $35 plus all of the off-track entertainment (listed below), drags, burnouts, drifting and more. Kids under 13 years are free.
