The streets of Rockhampton will roar louder than thunder when the 2021 Rare Spares Rockynats spins its wheels in the events capital of Central Queensland for the first time later this week.

It will be an Easter weekend (2-5 April) of high-octane action for lovers of open throttles, horsepower, mountains of smoke and a great time.

Staged in the heart of the city’s re-developed heritage riverfront district, the Rare Spares Rockynats will feature a jam-packed program of cruising, burnouts, drifting, bikes, Show ‘n’ Shine and the wildest modified cars in the country.

Rockynats is Australia’s newest major motorsport event, presented by the same team behind the time-honoured Summernats in Canberra and the hugely popular Red Centrenats in Alice Springs.

It will be a massive participation event with a $70,000 total prize pool on offer to entrants in the fire-spewing burnouts, the Show ’n’ Shine and to the fastest drag racers.

The Rockhampton edition is presented by Rockhampton Regional Council, Naming Rights Sponsor Rare Spares and supporting precinct and event sponsors.
