Join the Rockynats motorsports volunteer crew

Get closer to the action at Queensland's biggest care and bike festival.

As a motorsport volunteer, you'll work alongside passionate people, gain valuable event experience and help deliver everything from burnouts, and street drags, to the Show 'N' Shine. 

No previous experience? No problem. We have roles for different experience levels, and our event operations team will support you every step of the way. 

Why Volunteer?

Volunteers receive: 

  • Event accreditation, including access outside rostered shifts
  • One additional event pass for a guest
  • An invitation to the Volunteer Welcome Function, including dinner and drinks
  • A volunteer pack with a hi-vis shirt, hat and drink bottle
  • Catering during rostered shifts
  • A donation to your nominated car club for shifts worked
  • A unique behind-the-scenes motorsport experience

What you Need to know

Here are the Volunteer Guidelines that are mandatory across each role: 

  • Volunteers must be aged 16 or over
  • Volunteers aged 16–17 require parent or guardian consent
  • Shifts are a minimum of four hours
  • Roles are unpaid
  • Event experience is helpful but not required
  • Volunteers must be positive, respectful and ready to support entrants and spectators
