What are the tickets Terms and Conditions?

Do I need to be vaccinated to attend Rockynats?

As protocols are forever changing what is in place currently might be different at the time of the event. Our ticketing terms and conditions state:

  • All persons involved or in attendance at the Event agree to abide by all Queensland Health protocols.

How do I buy spectator tickets?

Spectator tickets are available online here.

I'm an entrant, how do I upgrade my tickets to Platinum or Gold?

Log into your entrant application by clicking here. Head to the purchases tab, where you will be able to select a Platinum or Gold ticket upgrade for either your entrant ticket or your entrant buddy tickets.

I’m an entrant, and have a child 13 and over?

Head over to our spectator ticketing website www.rockynats.com.au/GetTickets and purchase a youth ticket/s.

I’m an entrant, how do I add a free kids ticket (12 years and under) to my account?

Log back into your application by clicking here. Head to the purchases tab, where you will be able to select a kids free ticket (12 and under). Please note: this is limited to 4 per entrant

I’m an entrant, and I’m wanting to purchase additional buddy passes?

Buddy’s are given a three (3) day spectator pass. Additional three (3) day spectator passes can be purchased through our spectator ticketing website www.rockynats.com.au/GetTickets

I’m an entrant and have purchased the ticket upgrade. However, I have a child, 3 and under, how do I add a free kids ticket to my account?

Log into your entrant application by clicking here. Head to the purchases tab, under ‘Ticket Upgrade’ please select ‘Upgrade – Child Platinum OR Gold Ticket (3 & Under). Please note: this is limited to 4 per entrant

Is there a VIP ticket?

Yes, Platinum and Gold tickets for spectators can be purchased here.

PLATINUM

Inclusions:

  1. General admission ticket for all three (3) days
  2. 10% discount on Rockynats official merchandise
  3. Platinum welcome pack with exclusive Rockynats merchandise
  4. Priority entry lanes
  5. Access to exclusive VIP Bar
  6. Access to exclusive grandstand seating, as listed below:

a. Platinum ticket holders will have access to grandstand seating at the Burnouts during the following day and times only:

  • Friday 15 April 2022 | 1pm – 6pm
  • Saturday 16 April 2022 | 3pm – 9pm
  • Sunday 17 April 2022 | 2pm – 5pm

b. Platinum ticket holders will still be granted access into the burnouts, at all other times. However, they will need to spectate from the GA viewing areas only. Limited grandstand seating will also be available at Drifting and Street Drags, with Platinum ticket holders allowed to access these at any time.

Children 3 years and under are free to access Platinum areas, all other ages must have a valid Platinum Pass.

GOLD

Inclusions:

  • Sunday 17 April 2022 | 10am – 1pm

b. Gold ticket holders will still be granted access into the burnouts, at all other times. However, they will need to spectate from the GA viewing areas only. Limited grandstand seating will also be available at Drifting and Street Drags, with Gold ticket holders allowed to access these at any time.

Children 3 years and under are free to access Gold areas, all other ages must have a valid Gold Pass

How does the Burnouts grandstand seating for Platinum and Gold work?

Platinum ticket holders will have access to grandstand seating at the Burnouts during the following times only:

  • Friday 15 April | 1pm – 6pm
  • Saturday 16 April | 3pm – 9pm
  • Sunday 17 April | 2pm – 5pm

Platinum ticket holders will still be granted access into the burnouts, at all other times. However, they will need to spectate from the GA viewing areas only.

Gold ticket holders will have access to grandstand seating at the Burnouts during the following times only:

  • Saturday 16 April | 9am – 2pm
  • Sunday 17 April | 10am – 1pm

Gold ticket holders will still be granted access into the burnouts, at all other times. However, they will need to spectate from the GA viewing areas only.

Limited grandstand seating will also be available at Drifting and Street Drags, with Platinum and Gold ticket holders allowed to access these at any time. Please refer to the event map for locations.

Do I need to purchase a Platinum or Gold for my kids to access the grandstands with me?

Kids aged 3 years and under do not require a Platinum or Gold ticket to access the grandstands with you, but they still require a ticket allocation to allow us to manage our COVID Safe Plan requirements. Please email rockynats@rrc.qld.gov.au with your name and Order ID so we can allocate your children's passes.

Kids aged 4 years and over require a Platinum or Gold pass to access these grandstands.

I haven't received my E-tickets to my email address. What should I do?

If you haven't received your E-tickets via email , please check to see if your mailbox is full or if the email is in your spam folder.

You can also check that your email address is entered correctly in your Members Area, by clicking the My Details button in the Members Area sub-menu.

You can also download your E-tickets from your Members Area by going to My Orders and then click the View Order Details link.

How do I download my E-tickets?

Your E-tickets are available to download from the Members Area. The tickets will be stored and remain safe and secure for the life of the ticket, and therefore there is no rush to download. To download these tickets, just login to the Members Area, click on “My Orders” in the Members Area sidebar, and then click the “View Order Details” link. From this page you can choose to download or email your E-tickets.

How do I print my E-tickets in hard copy?

You can print your E-tickets on your home printer in black and white or colour, on standard A4 paper. Please ensure that the barcode has printed correctly, otherwise we might be unable to scan your ticket correctly at the gate. Once printed, please read the terms and conditions.

You can also download your E-tickets from your Members Area by going to My Orders and then click the View Order Details link.

How do I re-name my ticket?

Go to -  https://tickets.rockynats.com.au/tickets/

Login using the EMAIL address and PASSWORD you used when making your ticket purchase

Click on “My Orders” on the sidebar

Click the “View Order Details” link

Click the “Name” button next to each ticket and enter the name of the person who is using it to gain entry.

Once you are done you can use the “Download All” button to download your individually named tickets as a single PDF ready for printing or use the “Email PDF Tickets” button to email the tickets to yourself.

Do you accept Companion Cards?

Rockynats supports the Companion Card program. Companion Card holders qualify for a second ticket at no cost for their companion. The free ticket is unlocked with the purchase of an Adult or Concession ticket.

Are kids free?

Yes, kids 12 and under (at the time of the event) will be free of charge.

When purchasing your ticket here select an Adult, Concession or Family Ticket to unlock a free kids ticket (12 and under).

Please note: Maximum of 4 free Kids Tickets per 1 Adult, Concession or Family Ticket.

Is there a payment plan option?

You can purchase with ZipPay. 

Do kids need a ticket?

Although children under 12 years and under are free with the purchase of a General Admission Adult, Concession or Family pass they still require a ticket allocation to allow us to manage our COVID Safe Plan requirements.

Log into your Members Portal and add the relevant tickets to your account.

How do I use my family pass to gain access?

Family tickets will be issued as 1 x E-ticket and are valid for 2 adults and 2 youth (age 13-17 years). 

All 4 wristbands will be issued when scanning in for the first time at an entry gate - you can't scan in separately at different gates or times as the ticket can only be scanned once. 

What do I need to show at the gate to gain entry to the event?

On first arrival to the entry gate, please present your E-ticket for scanning.

E-tickets can be printed or displayed via your mobile phone.

Your e-ticket will be exchanged for a lanyard (Platinum/Gold) or wristband (General Admission) to allow efficient access in between event precincts.

Your lanyard/wristband must be worn at all times whilst within the event precincts.

Treat your lanyard/wristband like cash - lost or broken lanyards/wristbands will not be replaced or honoured for re-entry into the event.

The name on your E-ticket must match the name on your ID.

What should I expect at the gate?

Is there an event app?

Plan your weekend with the Rockhampton Events app! The app allows you to see the full program of events and mark your favourites so you will get notifications straight to your pocket when events are about to start.

To download, go to the app store and download “Rockhampton Events” or click here. Tap on Current Events and select Rockynats.

Can I get a refund?

As per our Ticketing Terms and Conditions(PDF, 150KB)

1. All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except in accordance with the applicable laws in the region of purchase.

Do you accept Concession Cards?

The concession ticket is for pension/disability card holders only.
