Event Logistics FAQ

 

Once the event logistics regarding the set up and operation of the Event Precinct are finalised, we will communicate this information to all stakeholders and the community to ensure that there is a clear and transparent understanding of the event.

The event organising committee are in the process of determining which roads will need to be closed, and how those closures will impact on the surrounding community. Once the Traffic Management Plan has been endorsed this information will be communicated to all stakeholders and the community. See the road map above for the proposed timeline.

We are working through an accreditation process to determine the access needs of residents and businesses within the designated Event Precinct to ensure that there is as minimal impact as possible. Following this accreditation we will develop a Business and Resident Access Plan, which will be communicated to stakeholders and the community.
