We are working through an accreditation process to determine the access needs of residents and businesses within the designated Event Precinct to ensure that there is as minimal impact as possible. Following this accreditation we will develop a Business and Resident Access Plan, which will be communicated to stakeholders and the community.

With over 80% of the entrants and cars coming from outside the region, this event will bring a huge economic benefit to the region. The City will be buzzing with activity and people, as we anticipate people will be spending money in the CBD and the Region.

Yes, a program is being develop for a Park and Ride, and will be available as part of the event program.

Advance Rockhampton supports and encourages businesses to plan to be open and trade throughout Rockynats. This is a great opportunity to promote deals and run competitions.  We will work with you to promote any activities associated with Rockynats.

Yes, all parking restrictions within the CBD will be relaxed during the event dates. A program for Park & Ride is also being developed.

Yes, we will be arranging a punt from north side to south side (and vice versa). A schedule will be released closer to event time.
