All you need is your confirmation email including your scrutineering time and location. You will receive your wristband at scrutineering. This includes your complimentary buddy pass and entrant t-shirts.

Yes. Burnout vehicles and trailers can also be left at the Burnout precinct for the duration of Rockynats. You may leave your vehicle and/or trailer within the CBD Precinct. All vehicles are left at the owner’s risk.

Yes, you participate in everything and limited cruising within event precincts. The only limitation for unregistered cars is you cannot drive your unregistered car to and from your hotel or between venues – you must use a trailer/tow truck etc.  

Yes, methanol and other fuels will be available for sale in Rockhampton. However, Rockynats will not be providing a centralised fuel storage place. More info on fuel management will come. 

Your state license restrictions apply. Learner drivers are not accepted.

Due to judging and Show’and’Shine being outside, displays that require power, flooring etc. are not practical. However, you are welcome to bring a display board and bollards.

You will need to use a trailer or a tilt tray. You will not be able to drive your unregistered car from one precinct to the other. Ask a mate with a trailer to help, and Rockynats is looking at engaging local tilt tray drivers to help.

All vehicles are welcome to nominate, and there will be a small number of unregistered vehicles in the street parade.

Judging starts at scrutineering and continues at the Quay St Show ‘n’ Shine on Saturday and Sunday.

No you do not. Should Rockynats become a CAMS sanctioned event, your entrant pass will include a CAMS license to participate at Rockynats at no additional cost to you.

Yes, security will be at venues overnight and will be supported by local police.

Car Clubs or individuals entering will get a club discount. When creating a new application form, simply tick the box stating, “Are you a car club member?” and enter the name of your club in the field beside it. This will automatically change the price of the tickets to an even cheaper price!”

There are no camping facilities within the event precincts. Rockhampton has a wide range of accommodation options available, including camping, for all budgets and preferences. Check out our Plan Your Stay page to assist in organising your trip.

Spectator tickets will go on sale in early October – prices will be confirmed by Rockhampton Regional Council closer to the date 

Ticket prices are still being finalised. Tickets will be considerably cheaper than a Supercar or Summernats event, making Rockynats one of the most affordable car festivals in Australia.

 

Yes, there will be VIP ticket for both spectator and entrants. Entrants who have already purchased their ticket can purchase a VIP upgrade when these become available. 

There will be ample parking in and around the CBD, and plenty of public parking at the burnout precinct. More information to come.
